• For in-person training, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.

5. Certification

• Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of a course and any required assessments.
• Accreditation is subject to the standards of the relevant awarding body (e.g., NRLA, CIH, Elmhurst Energy).

6. Responsibilities of Learners

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Complete courses in a professional and honest manner.
• Comply with all UK landlord legal obligations outside of training.
• Not misuse course materials or infringe copyright.
